Jozefien worked as an art director for 10 years, taking care of the creative design & layout of different women's magazines.
In 2014, she took the big leap to start her own magazine. Body image and gender equality are her most-frequently discussed subjects. She believes that how we portray men and women has an enormous impact on how we view ourselves. Therefore, it’s her mission to change our self-image for the better by choosing realistic role models and portraying honest imaging.
As a chief editor, Jozefien loves working with young writers, especially women, on overcoming their insecurities and discovering their own voice and talents. In all of this, she likes to keeps things real, spreading no-nonsense messages and sharing her failures and mistakes in a world filled with picture perfect images.
